See you at Central Park on June 3, 2023 between 1:00-3:00pm
100in1Day invites anyone to be part of bringing 100 community engaging activities to Burlington on the same day! This year, we are using Central Park (2299 New St.) as an activity hub and want to get 100 people to join us in the park between 1:00-3:00pm to see 100in1Day in action.
The activity hub will be a family friendly space and can include coordinated physical activities like yoga or dance classes, pop up installations or be a meeting spot for a guided tour on foot or wheels. We are looking for community members to join us in activating these hubs!
With your help, we can bring neighbours together to demonstrate that small actions can have BIG change!
Have an idea? Register your activity here.

Please label your plants and have them potted in containers that you also plan to trade away. A donation of a food item to The Burlington Food Bank is suggested but not required for participation in this event. All leftover plants that do not go home with anyone will be planted in The Burlington Food Bank’s Community Garden.

Come and experience the fun and team spirit our Burlington girls experience when they play hockey by dropping in on a pop-up hockey game!
If you have a stick, bring your own. Don’t own a stick? NO PROBLEM! We’ll have a few extras to borrow during play.
*pop-up hockey is geared toward our younger youth (4-6 year olds) with a few older Burlington Barracudas on the “rink” to give tips and encouragement.
Bring your own Hockey Stick if you own one. And don’t forget your water!
The following events will take place on June 3, 2023 at a separate time and location. Please review the specific details listed for each event:

SHL Co-ed Happy Hockey Skills & Drills
10:00am – 12:00pm
Appleby Ice Rink 11201 Appleby Line
Please contact Scot at scot@co2digital.com to register your event time or if you have questions.
We are a Co-ed, multi-skilled, mixed-aged (from 18 to whenever done) group based in Burlington. It doesn’t matter where you’re from – we just ask that you’re playing for fun and to help others. On Burlington’s 100-in-1 day, Saturday June 3 at Appleby Rink 1 (from 10am to noon), we are inviting anyone that wants to join us to come play a bit of shinny and have some fun.
We’ll have two 1-hour sessions to play hockey and try a few fun drills – come on over and meet us. We are opening this up to new players who have been to a Stick & Puck or Skills class, but don’t feel ready yet to join a league. Or, provide a chance to skate together with your kid you’ve been driving to games at the crack of dawn. Has your dad hung up his skates thinking he isn’t tough enough for his Beer League anymore? He would be most welcome here with you. Maybe watching Team Canada Women playing for another Gold medal had you wishing you could get out there again, even thought you haven’t played Ringette in years. We would all love to get together and enjoy Canada’s favourite game, while supporting a good cause. Participants must have their own hockey equipment.
